METHODOLOGICAL APPROACHES TO PERFECTION STATE SOFTWARE BUDGETING IN GEORGIA

Summary

The article discusses the methodological approaches to improving the state (public) financial policy and the level of optimism of governance decision-making, result-oriented progressive budgeting in the process of economic development in the country. In Georgia, given the position of assessing the economic efficiency of the budget system outcomes, the development of macroeconomic policy provides an opportunity to improve the efficiency of public finance management. Accordingly, developing methodological-logical approaches to the development of a result-oriented budget system, using the best international practice analytical-evaluation systems, developing targeted state budget programs, introducing economic factors into Georgia's business practice.
